Sommaren 2018! Bright Contemporary W / privat pool steg från Moriches Bay

Lätt sommar bor på denna ljusa moderna ranch ligger några steg från Moriches Bay i Westhampton / Remsenburg. Öppet kök-matsal, vardagsrum med öppen spis, 3 sovrum, 2 badrum, central luftkonditionering och en privat gård med en uppvärmd pool. Ta en promenad längs bukten stranden att förbise Moriches Bay och Dune Road.

Beläget på en liten lugn kvarter, är detta hus mycket öppen och inbjudande. Från den privata inhägnad på gården, kan du känna lukten av salta luften och höra mullret från motorn båtarna går förbi. Huset har många fönster som bidrar med massor av ljus. Vi är stolta över att presentera en fläckfri hus för våra hyresgäster att njuta av.

Sovrumskonfigurationen är enligt följande: varje rum har en queen size-säng, sovrummet har en Tempurpedic madrass. Varje rum är fullt möblerad med köksskåp och nightstands. Det finns 2 fulla bad: ett badrum med badkar / dusch och ett andra badrum med duschkabin.

Hyresgäster har tillgång till vackra stränder på Dune väg. Cupsogue Beach, som ligger i den västra delen av Dune Road, har mat koncession, toaletter, första hjälpen center, duschar och omklädningsrum samt band underhållning. Dessa utsökta stränder har rankats som en av de tio bästa stränderna i landet.

Det finns livespelningar på Westhampton Performing Arts Center. Inomhus och utomhus tennis är i närheten och offentliga golf är en 15 minuters bilresa. Det finns många marinor som erbjuder charter och grupp fisketurer. Det finns också naturreservat i närheten och staden och länet parker och stränder.

Wonderful Vacation

Family Vacation

Christine has a wonderful home ! It is exactly as described on the VRBO site . Beds are very comfortable, newly renovated bathrooms & the built in pool was great especially for fun-filled days with my grandchildren! The location was idea in close proximity to the aquarium the game farm with plenty of& co for the young ones ! Memorial Day week - 2023

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is exactly as described, with both bathrooms seeming to be recently re-done. Lots of peace and quiet, with Westhampton Beach Village being only a short drive away. Our adult children joined us for some of the week, and we had some friends and family out for day-trips. Everyone enjoyed themselves and commented very positively about the house.

Location location location

First off let me just say the house is absolutely beautiful, super cozy. The beds are very comfortable and the entire house was very clean. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could possibly imagine. The grounds were kept really nice. It is so close to everything that you could possibly want to do on Long Island. Would definitely come back. It’s located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood a block from the water, which overlooks Dune Road.

Very good accommodation and location

The house was ideal for our needs and in a great location. We did experience a couple of issues though. Due to an apparent schedule issue, we had to wait a few hours on our arrival for the house to be cleaned after the last guests, which was disappointing. The one other negative was the fly screen to the decking area proved very hard to slide and came out its runner a few times! Otherwise it was a very good place to stay for our week in the Hamptons.

Perfect getaway

The yard and pool are every bit as beautiful as the pictures illustrate. The interior is exactly as it looks in the pictures. It sits on a lovely, and very quiet street a block from the bay. It’s about a 15 minute drive to cupsogue Beach and within 10 minutes to the town of WestHampton Beach. Everything went very smoothly including having to prepare for hurricane Henri. Christine was readily available to answer any questions and make recommendations from restaurants to preparing for the storm. If I had to make one suggestion, being that she allows pets, to ensure that all traces of pets (odor and hair) are eliminated by the time the next renter arrives. But it was a wonderful four weeks Including plenty of relaxation, conducive to working remotely, entertaining family and friends. I would highly recommend this property. It was everything I was looking for in my Summer vacation.

Great city getaway / WFH / garden

This house was great and perfect for our purposes: we are a couple working from home and the house has two designated work spaces. The kitchen is fully equipped, all rooms are comfortable, the totally fenced garden was very nice (perfect for the dog) and the owner was very responsive. Walking distance to a small and lovely beach. Close to supermarket/pharmacy/center of Westhamptom/Dune road beaches. Would definitely come back!

The backayrd is on point, very private no noise from any neighbors!

The property is fantastic, located in a very quiet quaint part of town, but very conveniently located to shops and restaurants. Like I mentioned the backyard setting is fantastic.
