"Very clean and brand new hotel! It feels like home and for the first time I have slept well in hotels because of the mattress. I have to admit that this property better than most of the three or four stars hotel. The biggest and only drawback of this hotel is that is located middle of an industrial area where city connection is a bit difficult. However, nearby there is a train station 'Melsdorf' where it makes travelling quite easier. "

Everything we already supplied when we made the online booking. This took an unnecessary extra 10 minutes of our time when they could have just extracted this info from our reservation details. We always hate it when companies put their work off on the customer. This needs to change! "
