We are offering this new, modern, bright and air-conditioned flat for rent in the city of Rennes, right next to the city centre. It features Wi-Fi (fibre optic), has a floor area of 57 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests. Situated on the first floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely 30 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with twin washbasins (featuring a walk-in shower and rain shower).

Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels); your bed will be made up on arrival.

The accommodation is laid out as follows:

On the ground floor of the block, you’ll find a laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer, as well as a bicycle storage area.

Important: Access to the flat is via stairs. Please bear this in mind if you have heavy luggage, or if you have reduced mobility or are elderly.

The flat is ideally situated in Rennes, in a very pleasant neighbourhood. You’ll be close to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market:
Carrefour City opposite the building, Intermarché 150 metres away, Le Hibou bar and the BRETONE restaurant.

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park opposite the building (paid parking).
