Donât believe the photos on the listing! There was never this much light in the apartment. The first floor had filthy area rugs and threadbare furniture. The leather chairs are falling apart. There were ants on the kitchen counter every day. The property has a good location in the center of Rennes. It is in a pedestrian area so it cannot be reached by car. The path to the apartment is over cobble-stoned streets, so not an easy trek with suitcases. There is public parking 300-400 meters away. The woman who checked us in was in a big hurry and gave us minimal, superficial instructions. She was very put out by the fact that she had to meet us to walk to the apartment because it was in a pedestrian-only area. Not a good place for seniors. The bedrooms are on the second and third floors up steep staircases that have no handrails. We could not figure out how to get the TV to work. The property managers did not answer our emails, phone calls and WhatâsApp messages to resolve this problem. We donât recommend this property or agency!
