Upgrades include new luxury vinyl flooring, fresh paint, new bathroom vanities, lighting, toilets, shower heads and more. The exterior and backyard were equally designed for lounging and recreational space with no maintenance. Additional outdoor upgrades include new exterior paint, large paver patio and access to the Marina walking path.

Guest parking includes a large double-deep paved driveway, a 2-car garage and street parking.

We have a keyless entry system and will provide a four digit access code to guests and instructions on using the pad at that time.

Our home offers one 55” TV in the primary bedroom, two 65” TV’s, one in the family room and one in the bonus room. All major streaming services are accessible including Netflix, Prime, Hulu, Disney Plus, Peacock, YouTube, etc.
