This neighborhood is one of Reno’s best! Caughlin Ranch is an amazing place to live! Years ago it was a working ranch, but now its a prime location to live in. Many miles of trails to walk- ponds, creeks beautiful trails.
The home is in a quiet, safe area with great neighbors Alum Creek is a subdivision of Caughlin Ranch. The home is in a small cul-de-sac of just a few houses! Very close to Chrissie Caughlin Park and the Truckee River!
Walk to the Truckee River & Downtown –
Stroll along scenic river trails or join the popular Wine Walk every first Saturday—meet locals, explore pubs, and discover fantastic restaurants!
Outdoor Enthusiast’s Dream – Bike, walk, or scooter to downtown! Borrow my bike! ( I have two! Or Borrow my kayak and explore the lakes!) Explore hiking trails right from your doorstep.
Relaxing Backyard –
Perfect for unwinding in the summer or birdwatching from inside.

Yard Maintenance: Landscapers will take care of the yard as needed. I have a newly planted Clover back yard. Clover is healthier for the planet, and doesn't need any pesticides. My backyard is Pesticide-free; I put in the mulch last summer also, and while it's not as `pretty', it works! It's super healthy for the plants!
Trash & Recycling: Garbage pickup is every Monday, and recycling is every other Monday—check the neighbors to see if it's a one-can or two-can day!
House Information:
A white binder in the living room contains details about the home, local festivals, restaurants, and more. There's always something happening in Reno! Scan the card on the fridge for up-to-date events.
Friendly Neighbors: I have wonderful neighbors on both sides—feel free to say hi!

Raley’s is less than a mile away on Mayberry (a bit pricier but very convenient).
For more options, head up to McCarran Blvd—take a right to find Ross, Safeway, and more. McCarran is your gateway to almost anywhere in Reno!
Trains: We are near the train tracks, and you may hear them if you are sensitive to noise. Earplugs can help.
Birdwatching: If you enjoy feeding the birds, you're welcome to! Birdseed is in the garage on the right side.
