Notes to Guest:

-2 pets max. Pets must be well trained. Pets are not allow upstairs.

-There is no access to the garage as it is currently unfit for guest use. There a security camera in and outside of the garage. Guest may park up to 2 cars in the driveway. Plenty of street parking in front of the house.

-There are exterior cameras located on both the sides, front and doorbell. There are no cameras in the interior of the house or the back yard.

-Small and quiet events or family gathering may be permitted with prior approval. NO more than 10 guests are allowed for such gathering.

-NO smoking, vaping, drugs use or criminal activity is allowed on the property.

-Any violation of the rules and conditions set forth in this rental will consider as cancellation to your stay and no refund will be given.

For security reasons, we require all reservations to provide us with proof of identity, phone, email and emergency contact info prior to arrival date. Any reservations that does not meet this requirement will be cancelled.
