Discover the tranquility of our neighborhood, perfectly situated near the Keystone Trail, just a couple of blocks away. Getting Around:
Getting around is a breeze! You'll find plenty of free parking available on the property, including a two-car garage for secure storage. For those flying in, Reno-Tahoe International Airport (RNO) is just a short drive away, approximately 15 minutes by car. Public transportation options are accessible nearby, with bus stops within walking distance, providing connections to downtown Reno and other key areas. The Regional Transportation Commission (RTC) offers various routes for easy access to local attractions and amenities.

For the comfort of all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Evidence of smoking, including lingering odors, ashes, or burns, will result in a minimum cleaning fee of $250.

Great Place!!!

We are so glad we chose this property for our Reno stay! Photos are accurate - it's lovely - a somewhat older home, but with extremely tasteful/upscale upgrades throughout. It's not an overly large 3 bedroom, but has a very spacious feel. The kitchen is compact, but has a pantry & cupboards, well-stocked with nice dishes & cookware, but also with some empty shelf-space for guests' items. The bedrooms offered above-average storage-space & comfy beds. In short, it's a very well appointed home - GREAT attention has been taken to make it guest-functional, unlike some properties that appear to be someone's over-stuffed second home, where guests' needs are an afterthought. Front door access & the thermostat were both user friendly - praise God! Host Michael is terrific - prompt, attentive, kind and very helpful! We enjoyed walking our dogs around the neighborhood (not posh, but felt safe) & trails, and relaxing around the freestanding fire pit. There is no patio cover, but the house itself provided ample shade most of the day. The backyard isn't overly large, but is fully fenced - a big hit with our dogs. It was nice to be able to park in the garage. Location was great - near the hills, out of the downtown hustle-n-bustle, yet an easy drive to all our destinations. We look forward to returning next year!

Great Host and Place

What impressed me the most about this place is the communication with the host. I have stayed at a lot of different places over the years, and this place by far had the greatest line of communication. The home is nice and cozy. My daughter and I enjoyed our stay. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a home away from home.

Pyramid Fishing

We came to Reno to fish and just chill. We ended up getting over a foot of snow in the time we stayed and just hunkered down at the house and perfected our pinochle game. The host was so kind to let us stay past the checkout time as our flights were delayed until the evening. With all the snow there really wasn't anything else to do. Grateful for Netflix! We offered to wash sheets and towels to help the cleaning crew and shoveled the driveway. Not the weekend we were hoping for but made the most out of it! Thank you to the host who was so generous!

Beautiful Home

This house was centrally located which was fantastic. Anywhere we went it took us about 15 min. Super clean and the beds were so comfortable. Communication was great with Michael and he even gave us an early check-in which is a bonus. Loved all the little touches to make our stay great. Thanks again and we would definitely stay here again!

Feels like home

Super comfortable home, with plenty of extra blankets for lounging. Bedding was perfect. Kitcen was very well equipped. Michael was very responsive and welcoming of communication. I look forward to staying here again!

Great house

Extremely clean, easy check in process and host communicated well. In a good location with a quiet neighborhood and not too far from amenities in town. Would definitely stay again.
