Charming Apartment "Sahara" in Villa Anina with Pool

The beautiful Villa Anina is located in the South Tyrolean municipality Ritten lies the beautiful Villa Anina and consists of 6 holiday apartments as well as well-kept communal areas. These include a large garden, a fitness room and a wellness area, which combine the traditional charm of the accommodation with modern comfort.



The holiday apartment "Sahara" consists of a comfortable living room, a very well equipped kitchen with a dining area, one bedroom with king-size bed as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi and a TV. A baby cot, a cot and a high chair can be provided upon request. In the outdoor area you will find a private,furnished balcony with a mountain view as well as a shared garden with a barbecue and a pavilion, a pond with fountains, a gazebo with a bench, a playground and a 66 m² pool. As the apartment is not on the ground floor but on the 2nd floor, the garden is accessible by a staircase. A special highlight is also the luxurious spa area with 3 saunas (a relaxation sauna, a steam sauna and a Kneipp bath), a jacuzzi and a relaxation area with loungers.



A pizzeria is 160 m away and a supermarket is 600 m (a 2-minute drive) from the property. A bus stop (150 m) and a bakery (250 m) are also within walking distance. The town of Bolzano, which is beautifully situated in a valley surrounded by vineyards, is 15 km (23 minutes by car) from the accommodation. In addition, the Rittner Railway (100 m) invites you to take an idyllic ride through nature, past picturesque, old railway stations. Other activities in the area include hiking, ice skating (400m away), hockey, tennis and soccer.



Parking is available on the property. A garage is available for your car. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. There is an additional charge of €40 for cleaning at the end of your stay. The "Ritten Card", which allows free entry to some attractions and many discounts, is included in the price. Upon request, bicycles are available for free.
