You can enjoy the amazing views of emerald ocean and endless beaches of Destin while having your favorite drinks at its private balcony.

Pelican Beach Resort age limit requirements. Groups with one guest 25 years old or above are allowed to check in. In case guests are below 25 and are married, when both spouses are present they are also allowed to check in. Otherwise the 24/7 front desk may not allow check in. Only 6 persons will be allowed to register in a one bedroom unit.

This is a no smoking facility, smoking is not allowed inside the unit or on the balcony. Resort has the eviction power for those who do not follow the rules. Smoking is only allowed at two designated locations at the Resort.

No PETS allowed as per HOA rules.
