You open the front door to the outside using your personal access code—it’s that easy to enter the house. On the first floor, you’ll find a large living/dining room with a cozy leather seating area, a wood-burning stove, and a large dining area that seats eight, as well as a high-quality, fully equipped built-in kitchen. The living/dining room opens onto the large terrace. There’s also a large bathroom with a shower and a sauna. When you’re not out and about, you can relax on the sofa and enjoy satellite TV or a good movie on DVD. For those who prefer music, there’s a stereo system with a radio/CD player, as well as an iPod and USB port. Or you can unwind in front of the wood-burning stove and listen to the crackling of the fire. So that you can indulge your culinary passion even while on vacation, a modern, fully equipped, and spacious kitchen-dining area is at your disposal. It features a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment, an induction cooktop, an exhaust hood, a wall-mounted oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, and more. The modern bathroom with an attached sauna includes a walk-in shower, a toilet, and a sink. After your sauna session, you can step out into the fresh Baltic Sea air through a double door. On the first floor, you’ll find a total of three bedrooms and one bathroom. Two bedrooms each feature a double bed (180 cm x 200 cm), two nightstands, two stools, a wardrobe, and satellite TV. All beds feature adjustable slatted frames and high-quality mattresses and are at a comfortable height. You’ll also find a beautiful wellness bathroom on this level for relaxation, complete with a bathtub, walk-in shower, toilet, sink, and hair dryer. To ensure the safety of our younger guests, we’ve equipped the upper floor with child-safety gates on the stairs.
