"This was my first stay at the hotel. We were overall happy with our stay. The room was spacious and clean with a nice view, despite being located in the southern wing. AC worked well. Ample parking space which is valuable as well. The highlight of the hotel is the (salt water) pool area which is stunning and spacious with sun from morning to evening. The hotel also offers easy access to the sea if you prefer that, with rental SUPs etc. The restaurant serves really great food - very pricey for the area, but reasonable given that’s it’s a hotel restaurant. Great service and generous portions. On the negative side: the hotel has no concierge which surprised me, and when I asked for help booking tickets I was offered none other than a website name. The sunbeds are plastic, uncomfortable and poor looking. Would be nice to see them acquire new sun beds would elevate the overall experience. The cushions/bedpillows in our room were flat and hard - it’s an Italian thing, not worse or better than most hotels. But would love if the reception could offer other types of pillows. Might be that they do, didn’t ask, but wasn’t marketed either in the room information. All in all a very good experience - looking forward to go back for sure"
