“Excellent in every way. Have stayed in several so-called five-star hotels in India, but unfortunately most of them are not fully five-star. The Oberoi, on the other hand, is an excellent choice. In addition, I received an attractive price for my stay at The Oberoi.”

“Mr Sheik is a friendly face that greets you upon arrival. All decked up in his attire, he welcomes you to the property and assists in any way he can. All Staff members at the front desk are helpful at check in and in aiding with suggestions to restaurants or anything else that one desires. Housekeeping and room service staff are all extremely polite. Wonderful experience. ”

“I stayed at this hotel for the third time in March 2024 and it was just as amazing as the previous two occasions (2014 and 2018). This time, too, they recognized me the second I stepped into the lobby. The staff are fantastic, helpful and with a big smile on their faces. Unfortunately the restaurant was no longer open (except for breakfast) but I got tips on other restaurants nearby. Thank you for another pleasant stay with you. See you next time I'm in Mumbai.”
