“Great location! Love the rooftop bar. The rooms are well appointed and clean. The staff are friendly and eager to help.”

“I didn't really care that there was no 1st floor availability, and there was no elevator for handicapped. Only stairwells, other than that. Everything was okay.”

“Our room wasn't very clean. It didn't appear to have been vacuumed and we found a bag of groceries in a drawer from the previous occupants. Also, the air conditioning in our room didn't seem to work very well and it was pretty uncomfortable during our stay. Other rooms may have been nicer and it could have been a one off situation.”

“Very close to shopping and dining options. The staff was very nice and helpful. Lots of easy parking.”

“We love the sister hotel in walla walla do we decided to give the sparrow a try. The staff and customer service were absolutely amazing. The hotel wasn’t super clean, our bathroom was dirty and the hallway smelled of strong air freshener covering up pet accidents, lots of stains on the carpet. It’s a great location walkable to everything downtown and the coffee shop was amazing.”

“We really loved the location. We were able to park the car and walk around downtown Boise. There are a lot of restaurants and bars with in walking distance.”

“Nice location. Nice, good sized room for three of us. Hotel. Staff, breakfast really good. Would stay here again.”

“Only down side is I had to wait for the attendant for check in for about 10 minutes at front desk. Not sure as to why. We were in late and very tired.”

“The hotel is greatly situated to access a wide variety of activities and food. Parking inside the garage was difficult at times due to all the spaces being full. Accessing in/out was problematic a couple times due to the parking code not working and being “signed out” of the garage.”

“Room was not cleaned found old soap and hair in the shower. Also found used nasty hair tie in broom and portion of carpet was wet. Hallways stunk and had horse flies”
