“This is definitely a 3 star resort, but it's a good one. The buildings are dated but they were clean and recently remodeled. The staff at the check in were kind and helpful. People stay here for the park which definitely makes the stay worthwhile. You will not find another place in the Dells where you can spend so much time without spending additional money. “This was our second stay at Natura Treescape Resort, and this time we opted for a hotel room for easier bathroom access. The cabins are fun, but they are truly more like camping since you have to walk to the bathhouse for the toilet or shower. We love having so many swimming options right on the resort property, plus access to Land of Natura, Aloha Beach, The Vue, and Timbavati Wildlife Park. When you’re swimming in the lagoon, it honestly doesn’t feel like you’re in Wisconsin.”

“The room was spacious the staff was very friendly and would say hi to you when you walked past them and the tv had your name on it and you could also log onto your Netflix and prime video account and eat your show while on vacation which is pretty awesome because when I would do to a different hotel you should need to watch it on your phone those steaming services”

“Room was clean but poor lighting in bathroom and did not have usb/c ports to charge phone…. Hotel needs updating.”

“Rented 5 rooms for family. Everything was perfect except that all 5 room floors were dirty. Walking on the floors turned everyone’s (17 people) feet black. Recommend providing each room with a broom and dustpan to sweep up the sand that gets tracked in. Rooms were clean otherwise. Plenty of towels. Beds were comfortable. 4 pillows per bed. All 5 families said they would definitely stay again.”

“Coffee not in room and machine by lobby was out of order the 3 days and 2 nights we were there. Indoor pool was quite cold but outside was just right. Perfect for family with children under 10. Good for the budget and close to everything in town.”

“Nice stay. Very cheap nightly rate so I have a lot more money to spend out in town or on attractions. Exactly what I was looking for. Room had a nice functional AC and big beds. Shower and breakfast could have been better but I got exactly what I paid for. Close enough to downtown to walk nearly everywhere too.”

“Booked this hotel for a 2nd time for my aunt and uncles first time at the dells and they loved it. The pool is warm both indoor and outdoor & the tickets for the zoo were a major plus. Stay was clean and employees are always welcoming and quick with service.”

“Free kayaks to use Grills were being worked on but one was working Fridge was froze up but replaced it same day. Didn't care for geese and ducks on the beach. We didn't go into the water at all.”
