âStayed there with my family of 3 on NY eve last year. The property was well maintained. While we didnât get to try all the amenities due to the NY eve rush, the complimentary boat ride on the lake Vemnad was amazing (I would highly recommend to book in advance as it fills our fast). Food was ok. I would recommend this place who wants a quiet, family friendly place in Allepey. â

âWe went there a year ago and since then itâs taken a turn towards the worse. Change of management perhaps? Or overworked personnel? First the rooms are dark and uncomfortable and donât keep the humidity out, so didnât really sleep. Our mission became trying to stay away from the property as much as possible. I got free electro therapy trying to turn on the bedroom light. The showers have snails and lizards. Slow responses from personell in restaurant (which only serves buffets now - last year...

âWe had a really poor experienceâŠ
1) The bathrooms and washing areas were smelling bad / extremely unclean⊠the taps were all fully dark and rusty
2) very salty water provided for all washing / bathing.
3) extremely un-friendly staff who were showing absolutely no interest in the welfare of the guests.
4) It was extremely hot during day time, so we asked them to switch on the AC and they said AC will be available only from 9pm.
5) We bought some expensive prawns from the shop they took as to ,...

âLitet trevligt stĂ€lle nĂ€ra stranden. Ett par ok restauranter i nĂ€rheten. Rent pĂ„ rummet. VĂ€nligt och hjĂ€lpsamt bemötande bĂ„de av kvinnan som serverade frukost, stĂ€dade och tvĂ€ttade och Ă€garen Mr Mathews. Han hjĂ€lpte ocksĂ„ pĂ„ ett bra sĂ€tt till och bokade flygplatstransafer, tuk-tuk till badstranden och utflykt pĂ„ Backwaters.â
