“Spacious room. Very friendly staff. Most everything at breakfast was wrapped in plastic and served on plastic. Area feels a bit deserted next to the highway and some big parking lots. It’s close to the city centre but I didn’t feel like walking even ten minutes in the dark.”

“Room was very stark. Toilet flushed inconsistently. Coffee was good. Bed was comfortable. Relatively expensive for what you get.”

Free breakfast offered things such as...a yogurt bar, cereal, oatmeal, eggs, bacon/sausage, toast, english muffin, fruit, coffee/tea/juice, potatoes, etc. Only thing missing was a waffle maker. The female worker that was at breakfast 2...

“Nice lobby for family”

“I stay here every other weekend for the UAlbany football games. It's a great location to get to the game. This weekend I had dirty towels and the floor (wood) was filthy. Their air conditioning has been out for over a month (probably more) with no date for it to get fixed. The halls reek of pot and other unpleasant smells. Some of the ice machines don't work. It seems they are doing the bare minimum to make this place acceptable. The price and the location is right, but that's it. Step...
