“Room was clean and comfortable. Bed was quite comfortable. Not much of a view from rear facing rooms. Check in was easy, staff were pleasant and friendly. The restaurant was a complete let down. Not 100% sure it is part of the hotel. Will review the restaurant separately. Very convenient underground parking.”

“I have stayed here quite a few times. Walking to stores and restaurants and the Soo locks right across the street. Like the smaller motel feel. The only thing I did not like was the weather got hold and the heater in my room only had cool air not warm. I had the same thing last year. But I will be back again for sure!!”

“Expedia customers rarely get main-floor rooms. Not surprisingly, my room was on the 2nd floor. I am a senior and asked for a main floor room as there is no elevator. That request was declined. I asked for assistance with my luggage up the stairs to the 2nd floor. That was declined.”

“Modern, clean, lots of parking, free breakfast, and dog friendly”

“While we did like the location, the cabin we stayed in needed a good cleaning. we never realized until we went to bed that the sheets hadn’t been changed. The office was closed so we just used our sleeping bags as we have them along with us. I wanted to talk with the front desk person when we left but the office was closed again, so never got a chance to. We have stayed in many motels on our cross Canada trip. The price for the night was about $50 more than we’ve paid for much nicer...

“Very friendly staff, with hot coffee and fresh baked chocolate cookies in the morning. Restaurants are walking distance and they save parking for you if you're pulling a boat or trailer. Plenty of hot water and powerful shower head for a figurative shower.”

The jetted tub shows serious lack of maintenance ie:requiring user to stretch across open tub to access controls for water that had missing 1handle and the hot control handle was broken (stripped internal threads)requiring assistance from check in clerk on how to get to open to a stream that went cold before jets were covered. shower was also cold water.”
