“This is the worst value-for-money I've had in a hotel (and I spend 100 nights/year in them) since last time in New York (NY is always at the bottom of that list....). “Hotel manager was very helpful. We had to change our reservations due to contacting Covid and it was not great with Hotels.com talking to the hotel, but our local associates managed to change the reservations without penalty and then we had our returning flight cancelled, so needed to add another day. Management was helpful.”
