“Delegation trip, since price is generally hi in Luanda one was hoping for more but this is what you get.... I have been in this profession and the rate they are charging is not up to the delivery expectations. In this city and part of the world it follows what is standard practise. It had what they said on the web page where it was booked so its ok.”
