“Juan was amazing at this hotel. We arrived very early in the morning so our room was not ready. He got us situated with some coffee and snacks and gave us an intro as to what to see and where to eat in Arequipa. Very attentive and friendly. ”

“This hotel is perfectly located in the central parts of the city while the rooms let in little noise from the streets. The staff is very polite and helpful with arrangements from sightseeing to guiding you to the best restaurant. I will remember the small details, for example as a freshly made breakfast of your choice (not a buffet) and also for my sightseeing the hotel prepared a snack lunch to carry with me (!). This hotel is highly recommended!”

“This is a really beautiful property and the staff were very friendly and helpful. My wife’s birthday was on one of the days we were there and they surprised her with a birthday cake. No one told them it was her birthday, they just saw it from her passport and did this on their own. Our room was modern with a great balcony with a great view of the volcano. We definitely would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Arequipa! ”

“Most amazing stay at any hotel that we’ve been to. Have to ring their bell and wait for their staff to let us in. Totally enclosed property and only guests can dine there. Rooms were comfortable, very quiet, can get coffee or food delivered to your room (no charge all inclusive), breakfast and dinner selections were plentiful, all delicious food. We can’t rave enough about the staff. They make you feel like you’re part of their family. We stayed 6 nights and could have stayed longer. ”
