“The lodge is in a beautiful setting and staff were very helpful. It was a bit remote from the main part of Bariloche, and driving in and out through the security gate was a mess. We were stopped and questioned nearly every time we entered and exited, even though they had all of our documentation and face recognition data on hand. Their system needs a serious update.”

“Large bedroom separated from the living room and dining area. Large bathroom with hot tub heated floors. Great wifi. The full kitchen: fridge, sink, stove, toaster and microwave were great to relax outside with some hot beverages. The floor has amonite fossils. The hotel has a telescope and upon coordination they brought an astronomer. She was very knowledgeable and gave us an hour of observation and explanation of what we were watching in English and Spanish. The staff are very nice and helpful...

“Pleasant hotel, with clean, attractive rooms and our room had a great view of the harbor. The breakfast room and view were excellent. One staff member, Angie, was exceptional. Well located if you have no mobility challenges but the trek up the hill from the business area was a bit arduous. All in all a very good value.”

“Restaurant had very good meals, variety was good, flan was over-the-top. Continental breakfast (included in my package) was well stocked with options, but the coffee and tea were not hot. Scrambled egg was cooked to order. Spa was very nice, including sauna (hot or dry), private whirlpool, massage, pool, hot tub; but the exercise room equipment needed repairing. I would return to/recommend this property.”
