“I was really impressed from the city of Yerevan and the hotel was also very nice! The stuff was professional but very friendly and helpful in the same time as their advice were really good. The room was so spacious as was the bathroom! Very clean aswell. The restaurant with the breakfast buffet was very comfortable with lots of choices. I would stay there again for sure.”

“I think it is completely inappropriate for this to be advertised as a 4 star property. The standard falls below 2 stars at its very best. The first room as I was offered (even though I was later told this was an error, which I do not fully believe) was in an appalling condition. There were marks on the walls, the wardrobe was broken, the fridge smelled to name but a few. I was then offered an upgrade to a better room.
