“This is not a 4 star hotel. I informed Expedia a week ago with picture evidence from the building (its officially a 2 star hotel, you can check on google maps/google too). For some reason it is still being sold as a 4 star hotel after a week. The room was extremely dirty. With hair from someone on both the bed and in the bathroom. Dirty matress with stains and so on. No towels as others have written before. If it was being sold as a 2 star hotel then as a customer you at least would know what...
