Experiencia bem ruim”

“The hotel was really good with the most central location possible. However, some really loud music from outside during the night made sleeping a challenge. The parking was quite narrow, so avoid bringing a big car.”

“My 18-year old niece and I loved our stay in the Royal Apartment when visiting the charming town of Banská Štiavnica. The apartment is enormous, beautiful and comfortable. The staff is friendly, helpful, and accommodating. It was obvious that they wanted to make sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay, including a wonderful breakfast buffet. I would definitely stay here again if I ever return to Slovakia.”

“I was missing soap in the hotel room for the two days there. Not fixed even after I told the staff.”
