“Room was clean and quiet. Not a new hotel, but very well maintained! Comfortable bed . No strange smells. A good size refrigerator with a freezer (dorm size). The pool was warm and so was the hot tub and sauna. All were comfortable to use the pool area was well maintained and clean. Restaurant/bar seemed nicely busy…didn’t try. The coffee station was always clean and supplied with coffee/hot water/teas/hot cocoa, even honey sticks. No powder creamer😛, it was nice half and half creamers...

“My friends and I came away very pleased with our no-frills wilderness camping on Rod's property. He has the best view of the Huron Mtns I've seen, with a better perspective on the south faces than Pt Abbaye. They really lit up in the sun with peak color all over. We also loved his sweet dog Max, who quickly pivoted from intimidating bark at strangers to "dare you to try to take my stick" playfulness in seconds.I would go back in a heartbeat, but I did take off 1 star for listing accuracy only...

“This lovely clean cabin sits on a piece of property surrounded by a river that lulls you to sleep at night if you sleep with the windows open. It was spotless and had all the amenities of home. The owner responded extremely prompt and was instrumental in suggesting nearby sights to see. To clarify the listing description, my only comments would be that it does not technically have a private second bedroom, as the loft is used as a bedroom, and the beds in the loft are full size, so if you are...
