“The customer service at the front desk was really good, After finding out our T.V. wasn't working, we were switched to another room promptly, The bed was very hard and uncomfortable and could feel the springs, we woke up sore. The breakfast was okay and sufficient”

“The location was right on the lake with a beautiful view. We enjoyed the outdoor fire pit on the cooler evenings. The towels at the pool were so convenient. Our room did not have a microwave and the beds were not that comfortable. Overall, a very relaxing place to stay.”

“I love this hotel! It’s my go-to every time I’m in Battle Creek. The convenient location, great amenities, friendly staff, and ample parking keep me coming back. Highly recommend!”

“We loved everything about this hotel!!! The staff was amazing and so friendly!! The rooms were very spacious and very clean. We will definitely be back!! Thank you Best Western!”

“Bra övernattningshotell nära motorvägen.”

“They were painting & varnishing the doors of the rooms (including the interior bathroom doors) the day we arrived, which was a busy Saturday! The doors were all tacky & the fumes were strong. The room needed a deep clean, for sure & there were no outlets by the bed like most hotels have. Breakfast was not well laid out & the sausage patties were half dried out, like sausage jerky. The bedding was lumpy & the pillows smelled old & very used. Also, I understand that renovations need to be done,...

“The breakfast buffet could've had more protein options with less sugar for those of us who need to watch what we eat. All in all the staff in the restaurant and check-in/check-out were great! Very pleasant and helpful. Room was clean and updated.”

“Trevligt Motel men personalen verkade mycket trötta och deprimerade.”

“The hotel is older and in need of several basic property repairs, including a broken, decaying staircase and some rusted poles, pretty dangerously sticking up in the pet walking area. The pet area trash was never emptied and there were never any potty bags. I had my own. The room I reserved was a King but the bed inside was a queen. Fridge was very clean. Room was clean but decaying bathroom ceiling. The door was in sketchy condition. Then again, the price is low and you get what you pay for....

“It is inconvenient to be in the shower and discover that the soap dispenser is empty. Also, there was no hair dryer or water glasses and the bathroom door did not completely close. as it seemed to be swollen or something. The room phone did not work so you had to go to the desk to let them know. We didn't bother since we were only staying one night. I let them know about the deficiencies when we left in the morning. Although it was not too bad, I did not like the idea of having a handicapped...

“The stay was nice! They need to work on the cleaning but other than that it was nice.”

“The room was very clean and comfortable. Our breakfast was delicious. Would have appreciated complimentary coffee in the morning. We had to use the stairs because the elevators were down. They were a little dark and not very clean. Might have been a good idea to have someone check them out before sending guests to use them.”

“Staff was very nice. Room actually had a semblance of elegance. For a highway hotel, perfectly good.”
