“Couldn’t ask for anything more. Quiet, private, convenient, hot tub, sauna.”

“I checked in the night of my daughter’s wedding to be told the hotel was overbooked. The hotel front desk clerk said there was one room left and charged me for it although I had paid for it through Expedia several weeks ago. (My bad for not thinking clearly after a long day). I was given a room key and unlocked the room to find clothes laying in the floor. Clearly the room was not available. I’m thankful there were no people in the room, but that could have been a very awkward situation at 10:30...

“Convenient to the airport - shuttle. Good breakfast friendly staff.”

“Location was great and convenient. Staff was not friendly especially at check-in. Employee checking in wouldn't make eye contact and wasn't friendly at all- didn't offer directions to room etc...”

“Reasonably priced and easy to get to. The only thing I didn’t like was the unpleasant odor in the room— it was overwhelming each time we walked in the room. I had to wash clothes that I didn’t wear because they reeked with that smell.”

“Breakfast was lacking.”

“Amazing property in the Heart of Bentonville. Price was the highest in the area, but it is also the Nicest New Property available. Restaurant had an off night, but that happens. 9/10”

“The place is clean, there is breakfast, pool and hot tub. There is soaps, lotions, towels, closets, desk, refrigerator and hair dryer.”

“Very helpful staff, room had sauce on wired place prior to my arrival though. Very helpful in cleaning it though”

“Very outdated property and price is not reflective of that. We would not choose this hotel again, too many newer hotels with competitive pricing. Carpet in hallways stained, dirty, and not even adhered to floor well. Super old feeling yet still pricey. Staff in the breakfast area were kind and accommodating, that was our one positive of the stay!”

“Breakfast needs work, hotel is outdated and musty. Only one elevator working.”
