“A beautiful hotel with a nice private beach. Unfortunately the service was not good at all. We celebrated my husband’s 60th birthday there, but they missed quite a few things that I had booked and triple checked once we got there as well as other reservations that they missed. I was there 35+ years ago, but it was much better then, food, service and overall impression. ”

“The worst customer service we have ever experienced at a resort. The property itself is fabulous, but unfortunately, the service was so poorly managed that we would never return. We had an oceanfront room directly in front of a wedding, which we had absolutely no issue with. However, the band was so excessively loud that our entire room vibrated for hours. “Absolutely wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcomed and taken care of. Their hospitality truly made the experience special. A special thanks to Nick! His kindness, attentiveness, and excellent service truly stood out!
