“A beautiful hotel with a nice private beach. Unfortunately the service was not good at all. We celebrated my husband’s 60th birthday there, but they missed quite a few things that I had booked and triple checked once we got there as well as other reservations that they missed.
I was there 35+ years ago, but it was much better then, food, service and overall impression.

The staff in the gold lounge, Rolley,Pascoal, Vitoria and Alysha go above and beyond to make your stay pleasant..all parts of the hotel in and out are kept in tiptop condition. The location is perfect only a 5 minute walk into Hamilton and the view of the bay is gorgeous.”

“Without going into a long story, my wife and I were ill by the time we arrived. The staff at Willowbank took care of us as if we were blood family.
On another note, beautiful views and sunsets, cheerful grounds. ”
