“Stayed at this cute place for the third year in a row. Nice and relaxing. ”

“Check in was a bit confusing only because since we were there during off season, there wasn't anyone to talk to except at the gate. We were very reluctant to just walk in to a condo. Not too much of a big deal but a few signs would have helped a little more. Very comfortable although when it said it sleeps 4 we thought that a couch or foldout bed was going to be available. The 2 bed could indeed sleep 4.Every place has different amenities, so perhaps unfair to say but... A little bit more coffee...

“Washing machine brokenMinimal kitchen untensils (no restaurants close )Was unaware the rooms are adjacent to the office area. Employees are able to walk around the living space. Each room has an individual key. This information should be shared with renters. ”

“The big problem I had was the HVAC in the room. The thermostat on wall did not work, however, the unit worked and it was not cooling enough. The way the furniture was set up had the air conditioning unit aimed up under the furniture and it would not circulate through the room. So, no air moving. Room just needs to be thought out better.”

“The lock on my door and the top latch were both broke. Room service entered my room multiple times while i was in the shower. There was no do not disturb sign to hang on the outside of the door and I couldn’t just lock it because it was broke. The first time the entered I closed the bathroom door and said I was about to get in the shower. The knocked and entered not even 5 minutes later. I yelled out I was in the shower. It made me feel very uncomfortable and unsafe honestly as I was a woman...
