“PLUS: + Location at the beach + Cleaning staff MINUS: - Slow service (ordering room service or even just a beer outside, took very long time). - Check in / reception (messy and unorganized. Room was not ready. During our sit down check in, 3 different people came down to the reception loudly complaining about different things) - Communication (1 week prior to arrival, I sent the hotel an e-mail asking them to arrange something nice in our room since it was our honey moon. “Unfortunately this place is in desperate need of investment. The kerb appeal is very good but the jetty for example is falling into the river and not as pictured. The room wasn't very clean which is a great pity as the owner is very friendly. The food was lovely, we had both Breakfast and evening meals and could not fault them. It just a great shame that it is not as good as it could be. If the owner makes a investment in his property he could definitely charge more to stay.”

"Booked a sea view room but could not see the ocean as lots of trees in front. Hotel was nice and nice staff. But breakfast was soooo noisy and not a nice way of starting your day. But food was nice. The seafood restaurant was also lovely but the italian place was not good and very slow service. But the area around the hotel was not nice and there was nothing to see or no shops. Just a super busy crazy street where you could hardly walk. No other restaurants in the area worth visiting - so felt a bit ‘trapped’ in a resort that was no different to Bali or Thaliand - except for the very nice Sri Lankan curries. Beach looked nice, but after a walk we came back with our feet covered in oil😱And it was very difficult to get it off. Apparently there are tourist boats outside that dump the oil in the ocean, horrible!"

"Allt toppen ! Rent och snyggt och ett extra tack till dom trevliga pool killarna som mer eller mindre sprang ut med handdukarna och servicen av alla vid poolen var galet bra ! Maten i resturangen var med världsklass 拾🇸🇪✅ Jag fick till och med lära mig laga srilanka mat i en liten matlagningskurs som är gratis Morgonen vart ett pass i gymmet efter vart det yoga i den tjusiga trädgården. Rekommenderar detta Hotell från botten av mitt hjärta ♥️ "
