“We were 2 people checking in, they didnt want to give us 2 cards. Then when cleaning the room they only gave us one towel, we had to call for the second one. After agreeing to a late check out they call us 12:00 and tell us its not possible and we have to get out.”

“Houssem is an excellent host! He showed us around the property when we got there and ensured we have everything we needed. We visited Bizerte for the first time and stayed for a couple of nights. He helped us with local food and beach recommendations. I had an unfortunate event with my car and Houssem helped me find local help! I cannot be more grateful! I will definitely be back and recommend to all my friends and family!”

“Très belle découverte, Marie, Hamouna et le reste du personnel sont très très accueillant, à l’écoute pour un service et des conseils sur mesure. En endroit magnifique, calme qui préserve l’intimé et la tranquillité de chaque client ( max 3 chambres) Le cadre est exceptionnel, on s’y sent comme à la maison tout en étant chouchouté comme des invités rois. Nous y avons rencontré des personnes au Grand cœur qui ont rendu cette expérience particulièrement attachante ”

2/10 Väldigt dåligt

"I booked two rooms, but at check-in the reception said there was only a reservation for one room. I had to wait almost an entire hour with my children to get the wrong room. I had booked two triple rooms but received two double rooms instead, which are smaller than what I booked. The staff at the reception were very rude, except for a girl named Ghada who was friendly. The lifeguards were nice, they deserve praise. The rooms were dirty, and the fridge didn’t work. I have never stayed at a worse hotel. I am very disappointed and definitely do not recommend it. "
