“Enkelt standard hotel som så många andra i samma prisklass, fick rum på övervåningen trots att jag sa jag hade barn. Ingen hiss ! Standard enkla rum, de var stolta över sin varma frukost . De var sämre än vanligt, äckligt kaffe , ingen bagels, ingen marmelad , ingen äkta smör, bara wipped spred , dåligt med yoghurt ? Ingen ost. ”

“Good customer service. My only issue are the room dont smell good, bathroom shower not working, bathroom in general is outdated and not so clean. Carpet seem dirty. Need a lot of improvement.”

“Weak floors, possibly water damage. Dirty room. There were roaches and flies in the room. Pulled the sheets back, they were dirty also the mattress topper has sooo many stains on them. I would not recommend this motel. Also un order to stay in a non smoking room you have to have s $40 cash deposit. That was not stated prior to me booking.”

“I was unable to check in due to an issue with my reservation. The room was listed online at one rate, but when I arrived at the property, I was informed that a significantly higher rate would be required. The staff was unable to offer a satisfactory solution or assistance regarding the discrepancy. It also took a considerable amount of time to reach someone for help after arriving at the property. Overall, the experience was frustrating, and I was disappointed with the level of customer service...
