“The Renegade was a terrific experience for a staycation. My wife and I have to set aside time together purposefully in order to keep from filling our time with chores at home. Staying at the Renegade really did feel like a vacation. We loved our experience.”

“This place is a dump. It's old and it's dirty. The rooms were dirty and I don't even think it was cleaned before we arrived as there was a bag of chips and some headphones in the drawer. There were several burn marks on the bedding, no window screens, filthy toilet (with poop splatter) and bathroom was dirty. The smell alone was horrible like someone smoked in there for 30 years. Definitely no.place to bring your family.”

“This hotel looks like management does not care. Weeds growing out of the pool deck, one unusable lounge chair (torn fabric), no others. Regular outdoor chairs all have holes in seats , forcing guests to select the least dicey of the options. Breakfast area very dark. No coffee, apple juice, sausage or potatoes when we went at 9:30, breakfast is open until 10am. No staff member present to monitor the area. Our room was not serviced during our stay, no forewarning as to why this would not occur,...

“The hotel is located in a quiet area. The rooms are clean. The bed is very comfortable, especially the pillows. The bathroom has good shampoos. I was particularly surprised by the breakfast. The dining room is large and clean. There's a huge selection of food. I'd especially like to highlight the omelette, sausages, potatoes, and sauces.”

“It was okay. Under renovation so a lot of dust and dirt everywhere. Comforters are a little thin for my taste. Breakfast was okay, but I wish they’d had yogurt.”

“Fantastic! First time visit to Boise. The Grove is centrally located in downtown just a few blocks from the state capital building. Gym, sauna, steam room, pool and hot tub take up the fifth floor. Nice outdoor veranda on the fourth floor. Staff was great. Sean at the concierge desk was the best. Extremely helpful with recommendations. Would definitely stay again. Rooms were clean and completely updated. Very well Maintained property. And free bike rentals for the green belt...
