A toilet that kept us up all night as it continued to run, I also believe that because of that there was maybe a prior flooding issue as the corner near the TV had a damp rid box set up and the carpet was wet, the room also had a musty smell. We got in late and didn't feel like switching rooms so we just brought it to the front desks attention the next day. Our second room...

“We travelled to Iowa for a weekend stay. All 4 of us loved the convenient location. Breakfast included was a big plus. Staff was great and hotel was clean”

“We were first given keys to an occupied room. They upgraded our room for the inconvenience but I didn’t want a room with a jet tub. The sheets and pillow cases were stained. The breakfast was extremely limited, cold, and poor.”

“There were some stains on the wall and in the shower. The sliding door was broken (off its track) when we arrived. The towels were so scratchy. Not a bad place to stay for the price, but could definitely improve the facilities.”

“If you have a weak stomach from smells do not stay there. The room was clean. The stool didn’t work. The smell in the office and hallway was terrible. I even used Lysol spray and that couldn’t cut it. ”

“My Expedia reservation was cancelled by the hotel manager without informing me. I had arrived at Cobblestone Inn, ready to check in after a day of traveling, only to be told my reservation had been cancelled, they had no rooms to rebook me, and they could not help me in any way. Expedia was great about refunding my money, which I appreciated.”

“They were defrosting refrigerator of our room. Frig stuffed with towels. We mentioned this was bothersome and they said they could move us but the asked if we had used the bathroom and acted that if we had it would need to be recleaned so we never moved. Came back later to find water all over floor and they gave us towels to clean it up ourselves.”
