“Lite äldre stil på rummen, men rent och fräscht. Nyrustat badrum. Jättetrevligt läge och bra med fri parkering. Väldigt varm på rummet då det var ca 30 grader ute, ingen ca, men fläkt fanns som hjälpte lite. Trevligt att radion med musik var på när vi kom in i rummet. Rymligt med dubbelsäng, skrivbord och soffa. Otroligt centralt läge med mysig uteplats.”

“This is a little gem of a hotel situated only a 10-15 min walk from Boston town centre. From the moment we arrived we were looked after. It was our base for the Bank Holiday weekend. The room was lovely, with great facilities including a fridge and large TV, as well as a comfortable bed. Breakfast was included and was a fantastic selection for a continental style breakfast. “The staff greeted me professionally and friendly too making me feel very welcome.The room had fantastic views and the shower was fantastic and the tea/ coffee was good quality ie PG tips/Nescafé. Microwave was a real bonus. Only thing you need to do is pay attention to the warn out flooring and a small whole on grey blind. Will always stay there as great staff, fantastic rooms and excellent value for Money.”

“Was okay wanted some extra pillow and they got them delivered the same day which is good. Only issue I had was the photo of the bathroom shown on Expedia was actually one of the shared ones and the en suit was completely different. Thogun it has a lovely heated mirror with blue tooth. Just swipe your hand next too it and it comes on. ”

“Everything was fantastic after we got our key but what happened was it was too much noisy and in the bathrooms there was no hand wash but room wise fantastic had no problem and hopefully there was a fan there because it gets quite hot in there but overall a fantastic place to go to and I go every 1 to 2 weeks and I like that it’s in one place where I got food near me and corner shops so yeh ”

“The property was a decent size and felt more like a small home then a static. The furnishings were of a high standard and we were impressed with the maintenance of the hot tub being checked twice a day. The beds were comfortable and a decent size and there was plenty of hanging space. The resort was really peaceful although this meant there were limited facilities.”

“The hosts were so accommodating and friendly. Food options for breakfast and in the restaurant consisted of a good choice and were perfectly cooked by Barry. Advertised as a B&B, they have a licensed bar and evening restaurant which elevated it's level of amenities. Would definitely book again.”

“Absolutely awful… Stains all over the walls, stains all over the carpet.. Musty smell… It was so bad, we lasted 15 mins, we simply could not stay in that room on the top floor.. We handed the key to a staff member, left the building and rebooked at a hotel 20 metres away.. ”
