“Clean rooms staff was amazing ”

“The first room they gave us smelled of cigarette smoke. They gave us room with a queen bed instead of a king like we paid for. There was a paper sign on the pool door stating the pool was closed. The lights were on , the pool pump was running, we were able to open the door. The lady behind the desk did not know anything about the pool closure. I'm getting sick of motels not issuing partial refunds when they cannot deliver what they advertise. Breakfast was ok. ”

“The smell from the refinery was in the room the whole time coming in through the wall unit. It was horrible. ”

“Very cozy and comfortable. It had fully stocked dishware and coffee supplies, which was very handy. We spent a lot of time at the fire pit and in the livingroom and were able to easily relax. The only thing was that the gas fireplace was off and we couldnt figure out how to get it to turn on. Despite that, it was a wonderful trip and we're for sure going to come back.”

“The apartment was clean and spacious. Good location. He cleaned the towels and sheets weekly. Quick responses to emailed questions. Just a wonderful experience altogether.”

“Overall nice place with a nice yard. Area was centrally located and the property was described accurately. We enjoyed the stay and the property suited our needs well. Definitely would stay again. Only recommendation would be to update bathroom towels. ”

“My family and I were in Ashland attending a funeral. We stayed two nights. The hotel was extremely clean as were the rooms. The staff were friendly and courteous. We enjoyed the free breakfast. The waffles are the best. We would defintely stay at this hotel the next time we are in Ashland visiting family.”

“Yes, Jennifer was great to work with. She answered all my questions I had about the house. The only thing that didn’t work out for us was the downstairs room for my mother. Since she is on dialysis she needed to be close up a bathroom and the bathroom downstairs was too far from the room for her to use. Also, the shower upstairs didn’t really have enough hot water for us to shower before it would turn “Luke warm” or even cool. Other than that, this is a beautiful house and located close enough...
