“The first night we were woken up at 4:30 am to water coming from the ceiling in the bathroom. We were moved to another room. The sink was leaking on to the floor with gross brown water but they were out of rooms so we just put a towel under it. “The place was very good and the staff I met were excellent. I will be back. The property however needs immediate attention. It's understandable that the building itself might always need some upkeep, (heavy water damage had collapsed part of the front overhang), but finding, and more importantly leaving the entrance is outright dangerous. “The room was terribly dirty!!! There was a dirty rag hanging in the shower, the towels were dirty, and the linen was also dirty. Do not stay here! Not recommended!!”

Door is not sound proof. Cleaning lady started working and talking in the hall way not stopped in early morning. Price was marked up so high during the concert to 5-Star hotel while the room and service are only 2 stars. Location is super convenient to Gillette Stadium.”

“We were missing items in our room like dish soap and tissues. Very small lobby, felt awful for the 1 guy at the little desk.
