“Spacious and clean rooms. Old style as no renovation since opening 2000. Cool asmosphere as this is probably the only chance to stay in an old palace. Food expensive and not tasty although we didn’t discover the restaurant at 6 floor until last day”

“The hotel is clean with spacious room facilities. The room has a great beach view and is quiet and calm. For convenience here is a coffee shop, supermarket and restaurants right next to the hotel. Staff were polite with no check-in or check-out problems. I would stay here again”

“We spent to wonderful nights at this hotel in the heart of BSB. The staff was very helpful and sincerely kind and interested. Every staff member we met greeted us with a big smile and wanted to make sure we had a nice experience of the hotel and of Brunei. The hotel itself is a classic Radisson business hotel with all amenities you could ask for including a nice buffet breakfast. There is a small swimming pool and a gym which we used. Airport transfer was affordable and convenient for us so...

"Very well situated and convenient hotel. Offers airport transfer (complimentary). Breakfast is filling but quite basic. Aircon couldn't get the temperature in the room below 25 C, but was not as noisy as I was expecting after some other reviews. "
