“The motel staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, the room itself was lacking several basic amenities. The TV and the ice machine were both not working, and the room did not have a blow dryer or a coffee maker. While the staff made a positive impression, the maintenance issues and missing amenities made the stay less comfortable than expected. I hope these issues are addressed because the customer service was good.”

“So disappointed, no staff onsite. Cabin and bathrooms were very cold and unsanitary. Only linens on one bed (there is 2 beds) that had stains on them and looked like someone just slept in them. Other bed had dead flies, crumbs, dirt on it. Trash and beer bottles.
Could not stay in cabin. Have contacted property about this situation and still after 4 days no response. ”
