“Room is clean and I love that their bed is big as well. And it’s a plus that it’s close to everything. Mall is just steps away:) ”

“Overall the place was nice with easy access to the beach. I would suggest a better signage to find the location easier. Our room was in the 3rd floor and there was no elevator. They need a male person to help us load our suitcases to our room not the same lady who check us in. Also it would be nice if the bathroom is bigger and the sink being too small and right on top of the toilet. Bump my head to the ceiling 2 times!”

“Good service”

“Not recommended, super smells and the bathrooms is so small and dirty. Shower broken…bed are not that great, towels are so dirty not white anymore too old”

“ok”

“Water pressure in the washroom was so low. Smell was bad in the washroom. In other word sanitation was bad.”

“The property is very outdated and if this was somewhere else, the property would be condemed. There is mold in the ceiling. Spiders and bugs in every lightbulb. The bathroom reeked of urine and I found out that there was a leak from the toilet going to the bathroom drain when you flush. The stench was unbearable. The sink is out of alignment from the sink and draining into the bottom of the stairwell. The bed linens smelled liked they were not washed. The AC was noisy and made it unbearable to...

“Everything was excellent except the low pressure water, hopefully it will get better especially if it is a family room. My family loves staying there coz' it is close to the mall”

“Upon Check in time I told to the receptionist that we have van to park, you can go to 4th floor so they went & park w/out looking the said car, the roof of the van was scratched & damaged when we are about to go & see places (they said they will get in touch about the said damaged ubfortunately until now no update). I deposited 1K pesos but they didnot give it back when we checked out. Restuarant table clothe was dirty. Key doesnot work & only 1 lift working that day.”

“Lovad WIFI men det fanns inte - de hade en dongel som var utlånad till annan gäst. Gammalt skick på hotellet.”

“There's no parking area in the building so i don't recommend it.”

“Could use a small refrigerator in the room but what an awesome place to stay best value in Luzon. Keep up the good work good work you deserve it the 10 rating”

“Every thing was awesome! We loved it. My family was very satisfied. I highly recommend arranging transportation. There is a market nearby. Very private. I highly recommend!”
