“It was a place to stay, staff unfriendly and as a handicapped person there was no ADA grab handles in tud almost twice getting in and out and toilet was so low I couldn't get up, there was only two towels in the room for 3 people you had to put your shoulder against the door to open it and it stuck trying to shut it”

“You walk into a smell that I can’t describe other than cat pee. The walk to the room was looking at dirty carpet, stains all over, and just a bad smell. Never seen any house keepers out and about to ask for supplies. Bed was VERY uncomfortable felt like springs wanted to pop through. Bed not connected sat on the end and it tipped forward. “Very helpful and friendly staff. Also the quietest hotel I’ve ever stayed in! We didn’t use the pool but they have a nice indoor pool, WiFi, and the host at the front desk made me the most incredible cup of coffee when we checked in (I was exhausted and he could tell!) will definitely stay again when in the area.”

“1st room, we had no air. 2nd room only had full beds, not enough towels but the 1 we had was dirty, facing you! Do not recommend. It's a $45 room with a $150 price tag”

“We stayed at the Hampton in Battle Creek for the weekend because we had a wedding in Marshall. It did its purpose because we were only there to sleep but the room had trash behind the nightstand from previous guests. The showers water pressure was terrible, and it barely drained. The tv stand was broken and you had to use all your might to open and shut the hotel room door.”

“Close to downtown Marshall, Mi. About 10 minutes from Firekkeeper's Casino and Hotel. Enjoyed delicious lunch at historic Win Schuler's restaurant which I highly recommend for lunch or dinner. We did not stay for complimentary bteakfast. Room very clean but felt only 2 washcloths inadequate for two persons in the room.”
