“I will not lie-we got worried when we pulled up-places right around there all closed-BUT wow, these rooms were so clean and smelled so fresh!! Breakfast was awesome especially free!
Pool was closed-no biggie to us werent there for that.
Bar in lobby-fresh cookies anytime and coffee round the clock!
Super happy oh and half the price ”

“Room was not as described on the website when I was booking. Staff is terrible, I told them that the bathroom door lock is broken and their response was that they can’t do anything about it. He said that Kids must have broken it from some previous stay. Microwave has ample dust on it. Never staying at this one again. I have stayed at Days inn before at different locations and always had a decent experience. Don’t stay in room #107”

“My first time to Marshall and I wasn’t sure what to expect. Check in was quick and very pleasant. The room was large, clean and very comfortable. I didn’t have time to eat the next morning but it looked lovely,
Checkout was a breeze! I’m putting the contact information on my phone book. I’ll definitely return there. My grandson is a student at the University of
Olivet, so I’ll definitely be back!”

“Poor customer service. Signs in the room say no problem if you forgot to bring amenities available upon request. Well all they had were 2 towels in the room and didn’t have any available and was told won’t be any until the next day in the afternoon. The receptionist way of expressing that was that he was being bothered and wasn’t even thinking about going above and beyond to make a loyal customer happy. Guess washing towels is too much work now a days.”
