“Suverän service. Framförallt receptionen. Receptionisten såg att vi hade problem att hitta hissen från garaget. Inte så konstigt då vi parkerat på fel våning. Han kom ner till garaget och hjälpte oss och följde med hela vägen till rätt våning och rätt hiss. Sköna sängar. Stora rum. Behövs dock en skön stoll att sitta i om man är två. Då kan den ena sitta på stolen till skrivbordet och den andra i sköna stolen. Nunfår man sitta i sängen och läsa.”

“It was good for the price! Expect minor flaws which probably vary from room to room. Pros: Most importantly, it was very clean. WiFi was reliable. The restaurant was good. Most of the staff were nice. There was a pretty park and old palace right next to the hotel and plenty of shops, restaurants, and cafes within walking distance. “Hinta edullinen, mutta vierailua haittasi omistajapariskunnan englannin kielen taitamattomuus. Kaikessa yritettiin säästää ( 1 kahvikupillinen,1 mehukupillinen, kuiva leipä oli aamupala). ei rahallakaan onnistunut parantamaan ( eivät halunneet ymmärtää). Ruoka ja juomat laatuun nähden kalliita. Liinavaatteita ei vaihdettu koko viikon aikana.Siivous ontui pahasti. Omistajat olivat kyllä kohteliaita mutta asiakaspalvelu-ajatus ontui pahasti.”

“Nous avons passé un super séjour dans la maison de Cristina. La maison est très bien située pour mixer visites de Madrid et farniente. Cristina a été disponible et réactive face à nos questions. Nous étions 9 : 4 adultes et 5 ados. La maison était très confortable avec ses 3 salles de bains. Il restait encore une chambre avec 3 canapés-lits (salle de jeux vidéos). Nous conseillons cette maison sans aucune hésitation. ”

“Being from the US we were unfamiliar with the area and the village. It is beautiful and amazing views! Having said that we had no idea that we would need to hike uphill for 1/4 Mile on cobblestone streets with our luggage. My husband is an amputee and it was not easy or convenient especially on wet slate. "Highly recommended hotel. very friendly staff. There was a problem with our room it did not smell really good, some sort of annoying smell not really foul but not really good. The staff were very helpful and changed us to a better room that smelled better, leads me to believe it might be something in the cleaning products the hotel using. That was the only negative experience because it prevented us from sleeping and had us to change room, other than that this is an amazing hotel and amazing staff I hope they fix this issue. Will definately go there again if I am in Madrid. "
