“An excellent hotel for my first visit to Polokwane.
Team couldn't do too much for you and are obviously very proud of their hotel.
Rooms are fabulous african centric with wonderful furnishings and a bath that makes you want to soak for hours. Just needs a shelf or small unit to put books and glases on whilst in the bath.
Also, bath salts, a body puff or scrub and a candle would be lovely touches for the bathroom.
It may be the general them, but there are a lot of public spaces focused on...

“Stayed here for four nights recently and enjoyed our stay. Staff was very nice and helped us with whatever we needed, and we stayed at the rooms by the golf course. The room was clean, and had what we needed. It wasn't luxurious, but as a family with a small child it covered our needs. Basic things were provided, and the best part was the heated pools which we really enjoyed since my daughter only could swim there! Will go back for sure....”

“Why did they even register on Expedia (online booking), if they are not going to use or accept clients who book online?
We got to the property at 5.30pm, shiwed them our reservation/confirmation email, only to be returned as apparently it was full booked (they have already accepted cash bookings), despite our online booking which was made hours earlier.
That was a huge inconvenience on our side, and worse we had to go back and forth to finally get our refund.”
