“We had family and friends in town for a wedding reception. We decided to book this lovely home for them to stay in for the weekend! Every person who stayed there just raved about the property.. It is gorgeous. Beautifully furnished. Clean. Convenient location. Right on tbe River. All amenities. Add to that top notch, professional communication with the owner.. who was very responsive and accommodating. I highly recommend Turnbridge Manor!! I will admit I am a little jealous that my friends...

“The house was very clean, and we appreciated the stocked pantry with paper towels, kitchen supplies and spices. Although we didn't have children with us, the house is child-friendly with cute kids' games and water toys. The beds are very comfortable, and the owner is responsive and helpful. We appreciated the access to the kayak during our stay. The checkout process was easy and reasonable. Would definitely recommend staying at this property. ”

“The house was a very practical base for exploring the MD Eastern Shore. It is a comfortable house with an idyllic setting beside the water and with shade trees that do not obscure the view but do provide shade at the water’s edge. Plenty of windows from the kitchen/dining room, downstairs living room, and table tennis room open up the water views. The setting is relatively quiet, just a little background noise from a distant bridge, and we saw Great Blue Heron’s and Canadian Geese in the water....

“The check in process was very easy and the owners were very responsive and checked in via text several times throughout the week. The house itself was perfect for three of us and our dog. The large fenced yard was perfect for having a dog with us. The house well stocked and had everything we needed. The week we stayed was extremely hot with temps in the mid to high 90’s and humid but the pool was so refreshing on those hot afternoons. The property itself was very isolated and quiet which was...

Continental breakfast also included. It’s such a well-run, generous experience that reminds me of Sonoma but without feeling gouged ;)”

“Stayed one night on the way home from the Delaware Beaches. Overall it seems to be a well managed hotel, and some of the rooms have a wonderful view over the bay. We arrived in the middle of a rainstorm, and our first room, with a view, had a bit of a damp smell to it. After alerting the staff, we were moved to another room - larger but with less of a view. The neighborhood is a marina with several seafood restaurants on walking distance. The free breakfast was OK, although a bit limited....

“The hotel is next to the Highway 50 to Washington. Pleasent staff, rooms where guit big, no problems. Breakfest was not a continental breakfest, everything to eat was tasteles and booring. Dry bagels. There where waffles but they did not taste anything. So if you want a ok hotell next to the highway, good, but your going hungry.”
