“Frukosten va mycket trevlig. Extra plus till personal som kom till bords och frågade om de kunde kanske göra be omelett, mera kaffe, eller te. Mycket trevligt!”

“Large room. But only 1 chair. Air cond pointed towards bed & chair. No way to avoid draft. Breakfast buffet - roasted potatoes cold, sausages barely warm”

“It was amazing”

“Gentillesse du personnel”

“Skönt och bra! Fina rum och trevlig personal”

“Noulimone the receptionist was very professional and welcoming. I explained there was no hot water in my room and she immediately came to my assistance. When it was determined that the problem was affecting all rooms and could not be fixed till the following morning she went out of her way to compensate me. “Bra standard på rummen. God frukost, trevlig hjälpsam personal och utmärkt läge precis på stranden och nära galleria med bra utbud på restauranger.”

“Bra läge, väl städat, bra personal, god frukost. Prisvärt.”

“How can this be a 5 star hotel? Room at 15th floor. A great view, but that’s the only great with this hotel! Room was in need to be refurbished. Tiles in bathroom broken. Carpet in room had stains. Windows not clean. In booking of a delux double room it said there should be slippers and bathrobes! No slippers and just one bathrobe for the 1st night. Gone after cleaning. Free water, yes but one small bottle for 2 persons! Location good. All in all expectations were higher. Please either update...

“Breakfast was fantastic! The ladies who made us omelets were very kind, the guys served us tea and coffee. The bar is of high standard, UNFORTUNATELY, it is not non-smoking which makes it unusable for us. Smoking in public places, especially dining rooms is outdated in 2026! The windows were sort of tinted, you cannot see the Ocean, but the choice was just the ocean view. This is unfortunate, selling what you cannot deliver. Thank you!”
