“It was simply amazing. A rustic, no-key turn key suite which was more than comfortable and clean. If you do not like dogs, this may not be the resort for you as the owners keep them. Beautiful beach. The only drawback was the toilet area which was too small for my husband so I would not suggest it for anyone over 200 lbs. Apart from that it was quite comfortable with a rustic feel surrounded by natural vegetation away from the road.”

“The property is beautiful and we enjoyed our stay. However, the listing was a bit misleading—only one bedroom and the bunkhouse were accessible, not the three bedrooms and baths advertised. There was no access to a washer/dryer, and the upstairs shower had very low water pressure. The upstairs bedroom and bathroom also lacked window coverings, which made privacy an issue. That said, the host was responsive and assured us these concerns would be addressed with the property manager.”

“We had the most amazing stay! The house was superbly located on an elevation that allowed for 360 views from the wrap around veranda. Well-appointed kitchen with everything we needed for our stay. The beach is a short walk with access to explore the many reefs by snorkeling. The host was welcoming and responsive. Loved it!”

“Beautiful home…steps to the beach, Host was great..checked in and offered help. This was our first trip to Cat and the weather did not cooperate ( mostly 60s…and even 50 one day,,Yikes) . We therefore didn’t get much beach or fishing… our main reason to go…but it was beautiful! The island is rustic …restaurants were limited so we cooked in…and not easy to find good wine… but we’d go back. Especially to this house..cat island has the nicest people and views to die for!”

“The perfect vacation home depends on what your perfect vacation is. This was MY perfect vacation home. We wanted comfort, and seclusion and we got it! We stayed early November of 2025 and never saw more than two people out walking the beach. There are a couple other homes within view but they were empty. The deck looking out over the ocean was definitely a highlight but the inside was very nice also. The upstairs and downstairs can be rented separately but we rented both just to make sure...

“Our host Stephanie was fantastic! Our caretaker Harrison was absolutely great ! House is beautiful the views are spectacular. Definitely plan on having Harrisonn prepare a meal for your first night.. We did and requested another night. Was delicious. You can not go wrong staying at this house. Will definitely deal with Stephanie again when we go back to Cat Island !!!”
