“One of the best places we stayed at regarding harbourview and nice New England style.”

“Clean room”

“Booked a room for 2 adults and one 14 year old child. On arrival we were checked in to a room with only one queen bed, no extra bed or anything. When I said that was not what we had booked I was told I would have to upgrade to get a room with 2 beds. I said that was not acceptable and demanded a room for 3 people. The person at the front desk said ok and gave me new keycards. Only later did I discover that they had charged the upgrade to my card anyway. ”

“Location of the hotel is great and right on the beach. However if you are looking for a good nights sleep don’t book this hotel. The walls are as thin as paper and if your neighbor is having a normal conversation it is like they are in your room, you even hear if they are watching tv. Roomservice starts knocking on the door at 8 in the morning and since it is so noisy all the rooms hear it. ”

“Fantastiskt rum på ett hotell med riktigt bra läge i Charlestons historiska distrikt. Mycket hjälpsam och uppmärksam personal. Prydligt och välstädat. Frukosten (begränsad/continental) kommer dock i en påse som hängs på dörren och kaffe får man hämta i lobbyn.”

“Breakfast buffet was ok not great but expensive for the offerings We will not go back They used to have a real menu and custom eggs which was great McDonald’s currently has a better breakfast ”

“To charge 8 dollars for a bottle of water in the room when you pay 550 dollars a night is just so unattractive. Furtheron, also there was a note saying enjoy the bath amenities like cotton pads during your stay - if you bring some home there will be a charge! ”

“Multiple pools, ocean front, and food-all in one place! Close to off site restaurants and shopping. A pure gem!”

“Very old hotel, rooms small, popcorn ceiling, probably hasn’t been updated in 25 years, paint falling off building on the pool side portion, definitely not worth the amount I paid”

“I was shocked at the location. I'm glad I didn't plan to walk to the historic area, as it was not safe. The room was shockingly small, too small for even a bedside table to ut your glasses or phone on. It was made of concrete. This made it very loud in the room and uncomfortable. The bathroom door was basically for show and did not feel private. I would not stay here again. I would sleep in my car before paying to sleep there. ”

“The exterior of the hotel and lobby is beautiful. We stayed in room 400 and it desperately needs a refurbishing. We opened the door to our room and had a conference room table and white board to our right. My room had a window and three doors (two double doors and one to a hallway). My sister's room did not have a window. The bathroom in my room was in need of tile repair. The couch and carpet in the main room was stained. Overall, disappointed for the price we paid. ”
