“We had a wonderful time at Fern Cottage this weekend-it was a unique stay. Sage was very responsive to our questions. Overall the tiny house isn't at all too tiny and we were comfortable with 2 adults and 3 teens (ages 12, 15, and 17). The beds were all very comfortable with soft bedding! Fern Cottage was nicely decorated with the essentials. Coffee grinds with some creamers already available for use. “The campsite is located in a stunning area. It was quiet and peaceful. We were close to different outdoor and city activities, while also enjoying the peace and quiet of nature. The hosts were responsive and kind. ”

“Property was super clean, warm and welcoming. Beds were comfortable, kitchen and bathroom were well stocked with everything we needed. Yard was great for our dog who enjoyed the cows every morning. Will definitely stay here again when we are in the area. ”

Access to the bunkhouse made our stay even nicer, with its larger bathrooms and shower, but honestly the amenities: grills and fire pits, convenient chairs and seating areas, meant that we didn’t want to leave the whole weekend! The hosts are super welcoming and kind! Thanks for a great stay!”

The “extras” were amazing, from fresh homegrown blueberries left in the refrigerator by the hosts to shampoos, conditioners, body wash …full containers in every bathroom and lots of pool towels.
